The KVAC is a committee of seven members from South Brunswick and Franklin Townships. KVAC oversees the implementation of the Planning and Implementation Agenda which was approved by the New Jersey State Planning Commission when Kingston was designated as a Village Center. The KVAC acts as a conduit between the Townships, the residents of the village, and the New Jersey Office of Smart Growth. It advises the Townships on projects needed to fulfill the Planning and Implementation agenda, and has pursued funding for those projects.
KVAC usually meets on the first Thursday of the month at 7:30 P.M. at the Kingston Fire House or the Laurel Avenue School.
