Economic Development Committee (formerly Industry & Commerce Commission)
The Economic Development Committee is established to contribute to the economic viability of South Brunswick Township by means of promoting and positioning the Township so that businesses and industries will find the township a desirable place to locate, and to do so in a manner consistent with the goals of the Township Master Plan.
Duties of the Commission include providing communications between the business and industrial community and the Township, serving as a forum for industry and business to articulate issues requiring government action, and interacting with other levels of government and municipalities on economic development issues affecting the Township.
The Commission usually meets on the first Wednesday of the month at 5:00 P.M.
