Records Request

Access To Public Records

Township Council minutes, contracts, ordinances, resolutions and additional information is available for review in the Municipal Building. Public records may be requested at the Municipal Clerk’s Office or at the appropriate department counter.

In addition, you can click on this hyperlink to find ordinances, resolutions and Township Council Meeting minutes.  There is new information being added every day. It’s probably a good idea to start searching there, because there are no fees involved. Our entire code is also available online at  South Brunswick Township Code.

Pursuant to the Open Public Records Act (OPRA) a Records Request Form is available and may be downloaded below. Some records will be immediately available during normal business hours and some records which require time to compile and to make the copies requested should be available within seven (7) business days.
