Senior Classes


Fill out 3 REQUIRED medical forms, one to be filled out by your doctor. 

Sneakers and proper attire required/Medical form on file before enrolling. Medical forms need to be updated every two years.(Medical Clearance Required)

Body Sculpting with Linda – Monday’s at 11:00 AM and Wednesday’s at 10:30 AM

Weights available or bring your own. Upper body exercises are done seated. Leg exercises are done standing but can be modified for those who need to sit. Abdominal exercises are done mostly seated. Stretching is done at the end and we finish with a one minute challenge.

Sweatin to the Oldies with Linda Tuesday’s at 12:30 PM

Fun, feel good repetitive, easy to follow dance class done to popular songs of years past.

Zumba with Diane Friday’s 10:00 am Friday’s

Zumba is dance & aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo.Zumba routines are easy to follow — alternating fast and slower rhythms. Modifications provided.

Chair Yoga with Daria Thursday’s 11:30 AM

Strenghtens muscles, improves balance reduces stress.

Now & Zen (no charge) JillAnn Foxxe Days and times fluctuate. Check the monthly calendar for schedule (Held in Aud.2)

This class promotes total body restoration by incorporating a variety of techniques to maximize controlled breathing, increase mindfulness and channel energy flow. Program will include Pranayama, breath work with stretching, guided meditation, chanting and Reiki. This class is done seated.

Fitness classes are $3.50 a class. Purchase a pass and go to any class you would like. Passes can be purchased in the amount of $35.00 for 10 classes. Masks are optional.

Artists at all levels are welcomed. Students learn to utilize a variety of materials, techniques, and concepts essential to understanding the visual arts and the role of the artist.

Bring your own supplies.

Mahjongg Lessons with Gail 

Mondays at 10:00 am

The strategy of mah-jongg, like that of rummy, is both offensive and defensive. Please register in the office.

Bridge Lessons with Lynn  Tuesday’s 10 am in the Lobby

Playing bridge regularly stimulates your brain and helps keep your memory active and your brain alert. Sign up in the office. After you mastered this game, join the tournaments.

Canasta Lessons with Lynn Thursdays 10 am in the Lobby

Playing Canasta is fun, social and competitive. 

Match-War with Al    Wednesday’s 9:30-11:30 am Lobby

Join Al in this exciting card game where the players must pluck a card to find their ‘Matching’ card within 30 minutes.
