Resolution 2026-76 Authorizing a Contract with Sockler Realty Group as Township Appraiser for Property Acquisitions as well as Tax Assessments and Tax Appeals

This contract is awarded as a professional services agreement between the Township of South Brunswick and Sockler Realty Group that shall conform in all respects to the terms and conditions of the resolution dated January 21, 2026 to provide the necessary appraisal services for property acquisitions for the year 2026. This contract is awarded for a total contract amount not to exceed $61,500.00
