Unsatisfactorily Completed Municipal Improvements,
Amenities, Roadway and Drainage Problems

This contract is awarded as a professional services agreement between the Township of South Brunswick and Anthony M. Campisano, Esq. that shall conform in all respects to the terms and conditions of the resolution dated January 21, 2026 to provide legal services to pursue any and all claims against The Venue at Princeton Parke/Villagio development, as well as their bonding companies. This contract is awarded for a total contract amount not to exceed $5,000.00.
