Resolution 2026-72 Correcting Resolution #2026-22 – Authorizing a Contract with Shah & Rubenstein, LLC, The Law Offices of Nolan and Lange, and DeCotiis, Fitzpatrick, Cole & Giblin, LLP for Special Tax Counsel Services

This contract corrects Resolution #2026-22 to revise the law firm title and include Decotiis, Fitpatrick, Cole & Giblin, LLP. This professional services agreement is between the Township of South Brunswick and Shah & Rubenstein, LLC, The Law Offices of Nolan and Lange, and DeCotiis, Fitzpatrick, Cole & Giblin, LLP that shall conform in all respects to the terms and conditions of the resolution dated January 21, 2026 to provide Special Tax Counsel Services to the Township of South Brunswick. Funds are available for this purpose and a certification of availability of funds shall be provided by the Township Treasurer prior to any funds being expended.
