Resolution 2026-70 Appointing Terence G. Van Dzura, Esq., as Special Counsel for Municipal Prosecutions

This contract is awarded as a professional services agreement between the Township of South Brunswick and Terence G. VanDzura, Esq. that shall conform in all respects to the terms and conditions of the resolution dated January 21, 2026 to provide the necessary special legal services for the year 2026. The retainer portion of this expenditure shall not exceed $21,887.50. The Chief Financial Officer shall certify the availability of funds for any non-retainer work prior to any liability incurred.
