Resolution 2026-69 Appointing the Firm McManimon, Scotland and Baumann as Special Counsel for Redevelopment

This contract is awarded as a professional services agreement between the Township of South Brunswick and McManimon, Scotland and Baumann that shall conform in all respects to the terms and conditions of the resolution dated January 21, 2026 to provide the necessary Special Counsel services for the year 2026. Funds are available for this purpose and a certification of availability of funds shall be provided by the Township Treasurer prior to any funds being expended.
