Resolution 2026-312 Authorizing a Contract with CME Associates for Improvements to Route 522, Section 1A, Phases I & II Waiver# 2026-176

This contract is awarded as a professional services agreement between the Township of South Brunswick and CME Associates that shall conform in all respects to the terms and conditions of the resolution dated October 21, 2026 to provide final design phase, permit acquisition, and bid phases associated with the improvements to Route 522, Section 1A, Phases I & II, in accordance with its proposal dated May 1, 2025. This contract shall be awarded for an amount not to exceed $365,000.00.
