Resolution 2026-294 Awarding a Contract with Alaimo Associates for Professional Planning Services for The Deliverable of a Redevelopment
Plan for the Sonesta Suites 2 Properties Waiver No. 2026-164

This contract is awarded as a professional services agreement between the Township of South Brunswick and Alaimo Associates that shall conform in all respects to the terms and conditions of the resolution dated October 7, 2026 to provide the necessary professional planning services for the deliverable of a Redevelopment Plan for the Sonesta Suites 2 properties (Block 99, Lots 11.10), in accordance with its proposal dated September 23, 2026. This contract shall be awarded for an amount not to exceed $15,000.00.
