Resolution 2026-271 Amending the 2026 Introduced Budget

WHEREAS, the Local Municipal Budget for the year 2026 was introduced on the 15^th day of April 2026, and;

WHEREAS, the public hearing on said budget was advertised and was held on the 20th of May 2026; and

WHEREAS, it is desired to amend said approved budget.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Township of South Brunswick, County of Middlesex, that the following amendments to the approved budget of 2026 be made:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this complete amendment, in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:4-9, be published on the Township Website (www.southbrunswicknj.gov) under the Public Notice tab on August 20, 2026, and that said publication shall contain notice of public hearing on said amendment to be held on September 2, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Municipal Building located at 540 Ridge Road, Monmouth Junction, NJ 08852.
