Resolution 2026-265 Appointing DeFeo Associates as Consultant for Solid Waste Collection/Disposal and Recycling Bid Specification Revision Preparation and Recycling Marketing RFP (W 2026-152)

This contract is awarded as a professional services agreement between the Township of South Brunswick and DeFeo Associates that shall conform in all respects to the terms and conditions of the resolution dated August 19, 2026, to Consultant for Solid Waste Collection/Disposal and Recycling Bid Specification Preparation and to rewrite the Recycling Marketing RFP. This contract shall be awarded for a total amount not to exceed $30,000.00.
