This contract is awarded and ratified as a professional services agreement between the Township of South Brunswick and Accurate Engineering, P.C., that shall conform in all respects to the terms and conditions of the resolution dated June 17, 2026 to provide, design and construction administration services for the road improvements project for Beck Court, Holder Road, and Rolling Court, pursuant to its proposal dated March 1, 2026.  This contract shall be awarded for an amount not to exceed $128,500.00.
