This contract is awarded as a professional services agreement between the Township of South Brunswick and Anthony M. Campisano, Esq. that shall conform in all respects to the terms and conditions of the resolution dated June 17, 2026 to undertake all such actions as may be necessary and reasonable to enforce the terms, conditions and provisions in the agreement between Dish and the Township, including the commencement of litigation. This contract shall be awarded for an amount not to exceed $10,000.00.
