Resolution 2026-205 Authorizing a Contract with Sockler Realty Services Group for Appraisal Services For Property Located at 527 Ridge Road (Block 41, Lot 12)

This contract is awarded and ratified as a professional services agreement between the Township of South Brunswick and Sockler Realty Services Group that shall conform in all respects to the terms and conditions of the resolution dated June 3, 2026 to provide appraisal services for valuation of property located at: 527 Ridge Road (Block 41, Lot 12), pursuant to its proposal dated May 21, 2026. This contract shall be awarded for an amount not to exceed $3,250.00.
