Resolution 2026-185 Correcting Resolution 2025-365 Authorizing Contract with Center State Engineering For Engineering Services for the Wetherhill Project Phase I

This contract is awarded as a professional services agreement between the Township of South Brunswick and Center State Engineering that shall conform in all respects to the terms and conditions of the resolution dated May 6, 2026 to provide contract administration and inspection services related to improvements to the Utility Improvements to Wetherhill Area Phase I, pursuant to the terms of its proposal dated December 4, 2025. This contract shall be awarded for an amount not to exceed $210,000.00.
