Resolution 2026-159 Authorizing a Contract with Winning Strategies Washington and Hoboken Strategy Group, Inc., (WSW/HSG) for Government Relations and Project Funding Services (W #2026-82)

This contract is awarded as an Extraordinary Unspecifiable Service between the Township of South Brunswick and Winning Strategies Washington and Hoboken Strategy Group, Inc., (WSW/HSG) that shall conform in all respects to the terms and conditions of the resolution dated April 1, 2026, to provide government relations and project funding services as indicated above on behalf of the Township of South Brunswick for the term April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027. The expenditure to identify and secure available federal competitive grant funding and review the current landscape of potential opportunities available to support the Township’s needs and initiatives, prepare, write and edit one grant application per year, for a retainer amount of $13,000 per month, for an annual amount not to exceed $156,000.
