Resolution 2026-153 Authorizing a Contract with CME Associates for Construction Administration Services Related to Improvements to Richard Road (W#2026-83)

 This contract is awarded as a professional services agreement between the Township of South Brunswick and CME Associates that shall conform in all respects to the terms and conditions of the resolution dated April 1, 2026, to provide construction administration services associated with the improvements to Richard Road, in accordance with its proposal dated March 10, 2026. This contract shall be awarded for an amount not to exceed $174,500.00.
