This Ordinance Amends a Long Term Tax Exemption and Authorizes the Execution of a Memorandum of Understanding with Henderson Road Urban Renewal Associates, L.P.

TAKE NOTICE that this ordinance was introduced and passed on first reading at a regular meeting of the Township Council of the Township of South Brunswick, Middlesex County, New Jersey held on April 15, 2026, and will be scheduled for second and final reading and adoption at a regular meeting of the Township Council of the Township of South Brunswick held at the Municipal Building, Monmouth Junction, New Jersey, at 6:00 p.m. on May 6, 2026, at which time and place any person having an interest therein will be given an opportunity to be heard.  A copy of this ordinance may be examined or obtained without cost by any member of the public at the office of the Township Clerk, Township of South Brunswick, 540 Ridge Road, Monmouth Junction, NJ 08852 during regular business days between 8:30 am – 4:30 pm or by contacting the Township Clerks Office at 732-329-4000 ext. 7356 or emailing bnyitrai@sbtnj.net.  They are also available on our website at https://www.southbrunswicknj.gov
