This contract is awarded as a professional services agreement between the Township of South Brunswick and Bob Smith, Esq. that shall conform in all respects to the terms and conditions of the resolution dated January 5, 2026, to provide the necessary legal services for the year 2026. This retainer portion of this expenditure shall not exceed $43,775.00.
