Residential Outdoor Lighting and to Regulate Floodlights,
Light Trespass, Glare, and Nuisance Lighting and Providing
for Enforcement and Penalties and Reserving Sections for
Future Supplementation

 TAKE NOTICE that this ordinance was introduced and passed on first reading at a regular meeting of the Township Council of the Township of South Brunswick, Middlesex County, New Jersey held on October 7, 2026, and was adopted on final reading and final passage at a meeting held at the Municipal Building, 540 Ridge Road, Monmouth Junction, New Jersey, on October 21, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., to be effective 20 days thereafter.
