This contract is awarded as a professional services agreement between the Township of South Brunswick and Anthony M. Campisano, Esq. that shall conform in all respects to the terms and conditions of the resolution dated October 7, 2026 to represent the Township and undertake all action necessary, including discussions with the property owners, regarding the Township’s interest in acquiring property commonly known as 3763 Route 1 (Block 92.02, Lot 14.05). This contract shall be awarded for an amount not to exceed $7,500.00.
