This Ordinance Supplements Chapter 42, Environment, of the Code of the Township of South Brunswick Establishing Standards for Residential Outdoor Lighting and to Regulate Floodlights, Light Trespass, Glare, and Nuisance Lighting and Providing for Enforcement and Penalties and Reserving Sections for Future Supplementation

TAKE NOTICE that this ordinance was introduced and passed on first reading at a regular meeting of the Township Council of the Township of South Brunswick, Middlesex County, New Jersey held on October 7, 2026, and will be scheduled for second and final reading and adoption at a regular meeting of the Township Council of the Township of South Brunswick held at the Municipal Building, Monmouth Junction, New Jersey, at 6:00 p.m. on October 21, 2026, at which time and place any person having an interest therein will be given an opportunity to be heard.  A copy of this ordinance may be examined or obtained without cost by any member of the public at the office of the Township Clerk, Township of South Brunswick, 540 Ridge Road, Monmouth Junction, NJ 08852 during regular business days between 8:30 am – 4:30 pm or by contacting the Township Clerks Office at 732-329-4000 ext. 7356 or emailing bnyitrai@sbtnj.net.  They are also available on our website at https://www.southbrunswicknj.gov
