Resolution 2026-262 Increasing Contract with Anthony M. Campisano, Esq. to Pursue Claims Against Earle Asphalt Company Re: Ridge Road Improvement Project (W2026-150)

This contract is awarded as a professional services agreement between the Township of South Brunswick and Anthony M. Campisano, Esq. that shall conform in all respects to the terms and conditions of the resolution dated August 19, 2026, to pursue claims against Earle Asphalt Company for the Ridge Road Improvement Project. This contract shall be increased by an additional amount of $5,000.00 for a total amount not to exceed $10,000.00.
