Resolution 2026-258 Increasing the Contract with Holman Frenia Allison, P.C. to Provide Financial Services to the Township of South Brunswick

This contract is awarded as a professional services agreement between the Township of South Brunswick and Holman Frenia Allison, P.C. that shall conform in all respects to the terms and conditions of the resolution dated August 19, 2026, to provide Financial Services for the Township of South Brunswick. This contract shall be increased by an additional amount of $50,000.00 for a total amount not to exceed $110,000.00.
