Resolution 2026-211 Increasing the Service Contract with CME Associates for Construction Administration Services for the New Road
Improvements Project

This contract is awarded as a professional services agreement between the Township of South Brunswick and CME Associates that shall conform in all respects to the terms and conditions of the resolution dated June 3, 2026 to provide construction administration services for the New Road Improvements Project in accordance with its letter dated May 26, 2026. This contract shall be increased by an additional $10,000 for a total contract amount not to exceed $375,000.00.
