This contract is awarded as a professional services agreement between the Township of South Brunswick and Apruzzese, McDermott, Mastro & Murphy that shall conform in all respects to the terms and conditions of the resolution dated June 3, 2026 authorizing Arthur Thibault, Esq., of the firm of Apruzzese, McDermott, Mastro & Murphy, is authorized to represent the interest of Chief Raymond Hayducka in the matter entitled Daniel Rodriguez V. Township of South Brunswick, Raymond Hayducka, et al, Docket No. MID-L-001601-26. This contract shall be awarded for an amount not to exceed $15,000.00.
