Schedule an Appointment for an Inspection

Use this form to request an appointment for a Building Inspection.  Fill out all required fields (marked with *).  

You need to provide us with at least three (3) different dates/times in order of your preference.  Those dates should all be no less than the two full business days after the day you submit this request. (Example: if you submit the request after we’ve closed on a Friday, the earliest date you should request would be the following Wednesday.)

We will contact you via reply e-mail within two business days with either a confirmation of one of the dates/timeframs you requested, or offer you some alternatives.  Please do not call the office regarding this request until after that second business day.
