Resolution 2026-175 Increasing the Contract with Anthony M. Campisano, Esq., to Provide Legal Services Related to Claims Against K. Hovnanian at South Brunswick III, LLC, and Lexon Insurance Company in Default of Obligations within the Oaks at Cranbury (Waiver 2026-94)

This contract is awarded as a professional services agreement between the Township of South Brunswick and Anthony M. Campisano, Esq. that shall conform in all respects to the terms and conditions of the resolution dated April 15, 2026 to provide legal services related to claims against K. Hovnanian at South Brunswick IIC, LLC and Lexon Insurance Company in Default of Obligations within the Oaks at Cranbury. This contract shall be awarded for an additional amount of $5,000.00, for a total contract amount not to exceed $19,000.00.
