This contract is awarded as a professional services agreement between the Township of South Brunswick and Anthony M. Campisano that shall conform in all respects to the terms and conditions of the resolution dated March 18, 2026 to negotiate an Easement Agreement with Community Landmark Signs / Premiere Community Signs, for a sign to be located at the Public Storage property at 3825 US Hwy 1, Lot 13.101, Block 93.01. This contract shall be awarded for an amount not to exceed $5,000.00.
