Resolution 2026-88 Authorizing a Contract with Sockler Realty Services Group for Appraisal Services For Properties Located At(1) 849 & 851 Ridge Road and 76-94 Perrine Road (Block 79, Lots 4.02, 4.032, 4.04 6.01 and 6.03), (2) 865 Ridge Road (Block 79, Lot 4.031), (3) Henderson Road (Block 90.04, Lot 12.012), and 3674 Route 27 (Block 96.24, Lot 23.021)

This contract is awarded and ratified as a professional services agreement between the Township of South Brunswick and Sockler Realty Services Group  that shall conform in all respects to the terms and conditions of the resolution dated January 21, 2026 to provide appraisal services for valuation of property located at: (1) 849 & 851 Ridge Road and 76-94 Perrine Road (Block 79, Lots 4.02, 4.032, 4.04 6.01 and 6.03), (2) 865 Ridge Road (Block 79, Lot 4.031), (3) Henderson Road (Block 90.04, Lot
12.012), and 3674 Route 27 (Block 96.24, Lot 23.021), pursuant to its proposal dated January 9, 2026. This contract is awarded for a total contract amount not to exceed $15,500.00.
