Resolution 2026-79 Amending Resolution 2026-12 Appointing Special Project Engineers

This contract amends Resolution 20216-12 to include Center State Engineering as a Special Project Engineer. This contract is awarded as a professional services agreement between the Township of South Brunswick and  CME Associates, Accurate Engineering, PC, Alaimo Associates, French & Parrello Associates, ACT Engineers, Suburban Consulting Engineers, and Center State Engineering  that shall conform in all respects to the terms and conditions of the resolution dated January 21, 2026 to provide the necessary special project engineering services for the year 2026. Funds are available for this purpose and a certification of availability of funds shall be provided by the Township Treasurer prior to any funds being expended.
