Resolution 2026-71 Appointing Holman Frenia Allison, P.C to Provide Financial
Services to the Township of South Brunswick

This contract is awarded as a professional services agreement between the Township of South Brunswick and Holman Frenia Allison, P.C. that shall conform in all respects to the terms and conditions of the resolution dated January 21, 2026 to provide Financial Services to the Township of South Brunswick.
