This contract is awarded as a professional services agreement between the Township of South Brunswick and Alaimo Associates that shall conform in all respects to the terms and conditions of the resolution dated January 5, 2026, to provide the necessary Utility Consulting Engineering services for the year 2026.  Funds are available for this purpose and a certification of availability of funds shall be provided by the Township Treasurer prior to any funds being expended.
