This contract is awarded as a professional services agreement between the Township of South Brunswick and Francis M. Womack, that shall conform in all respects to the terms and conditions of the resolution dated January 5, 2026, to provide the necessary services for the year 2026.  This contract shall be awarded to be paid at the rate of $190.00 per hour, for an amount not to exceed $148,200.00.
