Resolution 2025-223 Authorizing a Contract with Accurate Engineering, P.C., for Engineering Services Timber Ponds Roadway Improvements – Phase 3 for Additional Bidding and Construction Administration Fees
This contract is awarded as a professional services agreement between the Township of South Brunswick and Accurate Engineering, P.C. that shall conform in all respects to the terms and conditions of the resolution dated July 2, 2025 to provide design and construction administration services for the Timber Ponds Roadway Improvements Phase 3 Project in an amount not to exceed $65,500.00 pursuant to its proposal dated May 28,2025. This contract shall be awarded for an amount not to exceed $65,500.00.
